Anni - Usually I'd tell you to catch up by reading my own blog, but because I haven't lately felt inspiration for updating it, I'll give you a quick summary. I live in Barcelona. I'm taking Spanish courses for four hours each day. I spend at least that much time outside of class studying as well. A friend of mine from France visited me this weekend, and it was strange but welcome to actually have someone with whom to intellectually converse. I can never sleep at night, but that's nothing new. I'm very comfortable here. The city. The whole thing an exhibit. All in cooperation. I went to this Forum that some of you may have heard of. One of the more interesting sites was a scale model of New York City. Well, it was only most of Manhatten, but still. Each building was in proportion, and they all looked identical (actual photos were pasted on) as well. Emotional! The WTC buildings were represented by two clear boxes (each about a foot tall, to give you an idea of how big the model was). ¿¿¿Why does this always get me??? The entire Forum was powered by solar rays. I ate in an African bar a few nights ago. I don't know what else to say here. If you want me to talk, it'd be better to ask specifics! LATER.
